Here is some information on our Doctors:
Dr Richard Cook:
Dr Cook studied at the University of Western Australia for both Bachelors and Masters Degrees of Dental Science. He also teaches up and coming Orthodontists at the University.
Dr Cook chose to become an Orthodontist because he is interested in the biomechanics of tooth movement and micro-engineering.
Dr Cook has many interests outside of work; He is involved in the Army Reserve and has a passion for Military history. He is an active member of Rotary and the Australian Dental Association and Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Dr Cook enjoys sports such as Squash and Windsurfing as well as being an avid supporter and member of the West Coast Eagles, Fremantle Dockers, and WACA.
Dr Peter Dillon:
Dr. Dillon graduated from the University of Western Australia as a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours. He then went on to study a Master of Dental Science in Orthodontics also at the University of Western Australia. Dr Dillon also achieved a Diploma in Dental Public Health from the Royal College of Surgeons when he was living in England.
Dr Dillon decided to become an Orthodontist because he enjoyed working with children and much of Orthodontics involves the growth and development of children’s face and teeth structure.
Outside of work, Dr Dillon enjoys an array of activities including surfing, golf, scuba diving and fishing.
Dr Greg Brudenell:
Dr Brudenell studied at the University of Western Australia for Bachelor of Dental Science and Master of Dental Science Degree. He graduated from the Bachelor of Dental Science Degree in 1976 with First Class Honours and became a Master of Dental Science in 1984.
Dr Brudenell chose to become an Orthodontist because he feels it is the most rewarding of all dental specialities. He says "aligning the teeth and correcting occlusions is probably one the most rewarding occupations I can imagine".
In his spare time, Dr Brudenell enjoys golf and travelling the world.
